Upon starting Ai Teams with Robert Kwasny, Ray helped establish an integrated analysis, review and guidance set of tools for all clients that hope to compete in the new world economy. Ray's expertise in behavorial analysis helps Ai Teams explore the promise and perils of the combination of technology and psychology on a worldwide scale.

At Ai Teams, Ray has teamed with Robert Kwasny to develop techniques that assist companies both large and small to position themselves in the new age of convergence, where OCR, music synthesis, speech recognition, reading technology, virtual reality, financial investment, medical simulation, and cybernetic art are embraced by those who will grasp the importance of all of “Internet Technology” and apply “IT” to their companies, profitably.

In his *previous life* (before Ai Teams), Ray Hollister had amassed a unique and colorful range of experiences and skills.  He is the creator and developer of the SuperScores!™  study skills program for high-school and university students.  He also created Life Equations™ - a specialized identity discovery process.  He developed the highly acclaimed Inspirational Seminar "The Death of Harold™".  And of course, he co-founded Ai Teams, L.L.C. 

Ray's background is varied and dynamic.  As a former specialist in the Intelligence Community for the U.S. Government, Ray was given extraordinary training in many areas of behavioral dynamics, linguistics, and communications.  

After leaving the Counterintelligence community, Ray set to work on teaching others some of the techniques and skills that he knew would be of inestimable value to those who needed it most - young men and women.  His original programs and ideas were indeed new, unique, and powerful.  But that wasn't enough.  He then spent three years researching as many different forces which affect the learning process that he could identify, shape, and improve.  The culmination of this initial research was the foundation of the now wildly successful SuperScores!™ programs.  Ray continues to diligently research and refine on the techniques that have helped countless students make massive, positive, and permanent changes in their lives.  One thing is certain; his systems work.

As a recognized learning expert, Ray has been sharing his learning strategies with families and students for over a decade.  He's worked with many of the contestants in the Miss USA pageants including Miss USA 1996, Miss South Carolina 1996, Miss North Carolina 1996 as well as numerous Miss Teen USA candidates. He's worked with Fortune 500 CEO's, high school students, middle school students, parents, and college students.  His programs have even helped students in Law School and Medical School.  In short, anyone can benefit from the simple strategies Ray shares.

His profound skill at explaining murky and difficult material in a clear, concise, and simple manner led him to develop another technology to help people understand not only themselves and their identities, but also the identities of others around them - literally how they (and others) process information and express themselves on a daily basis and how it shapes their identities.  This new process and system is called "Life Equations™ and is truly a powerful tool for personal growth.

Perhaps Ray's biggest claim to fame is his critically acclaimed inspirational speech "The Death of Harold™".  This powerful, provocative, and true story depicts life threatening injuries sustained by a young man named Harold in a severe car accident.  Like Paul Harvey's "Rest of the Story" radio stories, the ending of  "The Death of Harold™" leaves audiences  breathless.  This speech has impacted the lives of thousands of teenagers, college students, and adults all over the country and is in high demand.

Throughout the last 15 years, Ray has been a self proclaimed "Geekus Magnus" and continues to educate himself in the ever expanding world of technology.  His fascination with, and subsequent expertise in the world of e-commerce and the overwhelming influence of the internet  has put him together with Robert Kwasny, another renaissance man, to form the truly unique and powerful consulting business firm of Ai Teams.
